Dr. MacManus (bio) is a widely recognized expert and commentator on many facets of state and local politics, in addition to the impact of changing voter demographics.  She is quoted in newspapers so much that her name has been misspelled more often than most professional political observers get in print. Always informative and entertaining, this is a must attend event.
