Dennis P. Emanuel is a director and the senior analyst for the U.S. closed-end fund and ETF research group. Dennis joined Citigroup Investment Research in June 1998 after working as a senior bond fund analyst at Merrill Lynch, where he started in 1991. Before that, he was director of personnel services program budgets at the New York City Department of Health from 1989.

Dennis received a BBA degree in marketing from Pace University and holds an MBA degree in finance/management information systems from Syracuse University.
